"The FY2014 Budget will raise less revenue from property taxes than last year's budget by an amount of $78,450 which is 1.16 percent decrease from last year's budget.  The property tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year is $85,789.

THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE LOWERED BY 2.62 percent and will decrease taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $.74".
