How Can You Help?
Volunteer! Clean up a couple of city blocks with your group or take on a beautification project.  To learn more about volunteering or to get more information contact the Burleson County Environmental office at 979-567-2360.

Projects could consist of:
Volunteer
  • Butterfly Gardens
  • Flower Gardens
  • County Road Side picking up litter
  • Clean and restoring building like painting or curb appeal with flowers
  • Clean up a cemetery
  • Picking up a trash from a park
  • Trash pick up in communities or subdivisions like Birch Creek, Big Creek, Beaver Creek, Cade Lake or many others in our county
  • Building something fantastic for the environment
  • etc.

Please take a moment to fill out our Volunteer Application Form  so we can have your information handy and plan our projects for the year accordingly. The more groups and or individuals we have willing to donate their time, the better.

Lets make Burleson County the best place to be!

Recycled Sculpture Contests
Turn your recyclables into works of art! At least 70% of the sculpture must be constructed using primarily something previously used that would normally be thrown away or recycled.

Projects due April 23rd at  the courthouse.  See forms for more details.
