Burleson County will be accepting sealed bids for certain road materials, culverts, and erosion
control materials for county road work related to GLO CDBG-MIT Grant # 24-065-057-E567.
Sealed bids will be received by the County Auditor un??l 2:00 p.m. on November 6, 2025, at 100
West Buck, Suite 407, Caldwell, Texas 77836, at which ??me said bids will be publicly opened and
acknowledged. All bids received a??er this ??me will be returned unopened. Responses will be
considered by Commissioner’s Court on November 10, 2025. Burleson County reserves the right
to reject any and all bids or any and all irregularities in said bid(s) and to accept the bid(s)
considered most advantageous to the County.

Auditor’s Office at (979) 567-2331 with any questions.

Please note that the materials will be delivered to two different locations in Burleson County as
shown on the Bid Sheet.

Your Bid Sheet, along with the Offer & Acceptance Form (ONLY), shall be submitted to the
Burleson County Auditor’s Office at the above address in a sealed envelope and marked as
