Burleson Health Resource Center (BHRC)
Established in 2004 in Caldwell, with a second office opened
in 2005 in Somerville, the BHRC is Burleson County’s “one-stop shop”
for residents of Burleson County that need assistance addressing issues
related to their health and well-being and that of their families.
The BHRC aims to improve the overall health of Burleson County by linking county residents to essential resources and services. With the guidance of the Burleson County Family Resource Commission, the BHRC collaborates with a broad range of services, partners, agencies and programs that help families resolve a wide range of needs. With service coordination and case management at the core of its approach, BHRC clients are provided 1:1 advocacy and support based on the development of individualized Resource Access Plans that provide all the resources and recommendations that will help families address their often complex issues and concerns. BHRC staff understand that county residents are often faced with complex challenges that require a comprehensive, problem-solving response. We are committed to providing the level of support needed to assist clients in looking beyond short-term fixes toward sustainable, long-term solutions.
