Early Voting

Constitutional Amendment Election - November 2, 2021 

January 1, 2021 - The first day to apply for an Annual Ballot by Mail for early voting of the November 2nd General Election.

Registered voters that fall into one of the four following categories are eligible to vote by mail:

1. Individuals 65 years or older
2. Disabled
3. Will be out of the county on Election Day AND the entire period of early voting
4. Confined to jail, but otherwise eligible to vote

Applicants for ballot by mail may submit applications to:

October 4, 2021 - The last day to register to vote in the November 2nd General Election. 

October 22, 2021 - The last day to apply for a Ballot by Mail request (must be received, not postmarked).

November 2, 2021 - Deadline for receiving Ballots by Mail (must be postmarked by Election Day).

Early Voting Location and Hours

Will be conducted in person each weekday at the Burleson County Courthouse 100 W. Buck St., 1st Floor Hallway in the city of Caldwell.

October 18, 2021 thru October 22, 2021 (Monday - Friday) 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
October 25, 2021 thru October 27, 2021 (Monday - Wednesday) 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
October 28, 2021 thru October 29, 2021 (Thursday-Friday) 7:00 am - 7:00 pm


November 02, 2021 - ELECTION DAY Voting 7:00 am - 7:00 pm at one of the Election Day polling locations.
